By using Car King ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the Service.

What Car King is

Car King aggregates publicly visible used-car listings from third-party sites and presents them in one ranked feed. We do not buy, sell, broker, or transact on vehicles. We do not verify the accuracy of any listing — the source site is authoritative, and clicking a listing takes you to the source.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Prices, mileage, photos, and availability shown on Car King may be stale or wrong. Verify every detail on the source site before contacting a seller or making a purchase. Car King is not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, or dispute arising from a listing or a transaction with a seller.

Acceptable use

Use Car King for personal, non-commercial car shopping. Don't scrape it, automate it, resell its output, frame it, or pass its results off as your own product. The per-IP rate limit is in place to discourage automated abuse; deliberately circumventing it terminates your access.

Intellectual property

The Car King name, logo, visual design, source code, copy, ranking logic, and any derivative work product are the property of the Service's owner. No license — express or implied — is granted to copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of it. Individual listings remain the property of their original poster and source site; we display them under fair-use aggregation, with a link back to the source.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is whatever is posted at this URL.
