Privacy

Car King is built so that we have nothing to leak. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no email collection, and no third-party tracking on this site.

What we don't collect

Names, emails, phone numbers, or any account credentials.
Payment information — Car King is free and serves ads, not subscriptions.
Behavioural tracking across other sites.
Anything that personally identifies you.

What we do store

Your IP address, hashed against the current hour, used only to enforce a per-IP rate limit (currently 30 searches per hour). This data expires automatically within an hour.
A hash of your search query, used as a cache key so popular queries don't burn server resources. Cached entries expire within 6 hours.
Standard server logs (request URL, timestamp, response code) maintained by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention. We do not export or analyse these logs.

Third parties

Car King hosts on Cloudflare and uses Firecrawl to retrieve publicly visible listings from third-party sites (AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, Carvana, CarMax, Craigslist). When you click a listing, you leave Car King and land on the source site — at that point their privacy policy applies, not ours.

Advertising

Car King reserves ad slots on the layout. Today these are empty. If we add an ad network in the future (such as Google AdSense), this policy will be updated to reflect any cookies or identifiers they require. We will never sell or share personally identifiable information because we don't have any.
